Charlotte Louise Ratliff, 83, of Buckeye, passed away Monday, February 3, 2025, at the Seneca Trail Health Center in Fairlea.
Born August 20, 1941, in Valley Head, she was a daughter of the late Earl Phillips and Bonnie Ilene Davis Sharp.
Charlotte attended the Campbelltown Church and was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Ratliff; brother, Roger Sharp; and a good friend, John Hannah.
She is survived by her children, Sheila Touchstone, of Buckeye, Gina Curry, and significant other, Mike Henry, of Rocky River, Ohio, and Lonnie Ratliff II, and wife, Charlee, of York, South Carolina; sister, Wanda Hamilton, and husband, Ralph, of Marlinton; six grandchildren, Jamie Curry, Matthew Curry, Tasha Knicely, Elizabeth Shirey, Colby Ratliff and Caleb Ratliff; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Lantz Funeral Home in Buckeye with Pastor Sam Felton officiating. Burial will follow in the Kee Cemetery on Bucks Run Road in Buckeye.
The family will receive friends from noon until time of service.
