Betty Jo Rudd, age 79, of Hillsboro, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at Pocahontas Memorial Hospital in Buckeye.
Born October 18, 1936, at Hillsboro, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Irene Walton Brock.
Betty was of the Baptist faith. She was a Certified Nurse Assistant at Denmar.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard S. Rudd, June 2012; two sisters, Hattie Scott and Phyllis Anderson; and three brothers, David Brock, Kenneth Brock and Marvin Brock.
She is survived by a daughter, Angela Harrah, of Hillsboro; two sisters, Annabell Scott, of Hillsboro, and Brenda Rudd, of Lexington, North Carolina; two grandchildren, Shannan Rudd, of Hillsboro, and Sydnie Harrah, of Asbury; and a special nephew, Mike Brock, of Hillsboro.
In keeping with her wishes, the body was cremated.
