Anna Bell Dean Westfall transitioned from her earthly life Friday, February 14, 2020.
Born November 20, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Zula McCoy Dean.
Anna Bell was a lifelong resident of Pocahontas County. She was a talented, self-taught guitar player and enjoyed bird watching, crocheting and other crafts.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil R. Westfall; daughters, Patricia Westfall Pritt and Vickie Westfall Stanley Holliday; a brother, Samuel Dean; and a sister, Louvene Dean Workman.
She is survived by a daughter, Karen Westfall Stanley; grandchildren, Gina Stanley Anderson, Rhonda Lea Pritt, Ryan E. Pritt and Timothy W. Stanley; six cherished great-grandchildren, Emily, Genna, Tiffany, Wyatt, Robert and Kaylee; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was held February 17 at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in Hillsboro with Pastor Tim Scott officiating. Interment was in Oak Grove Cemetery in Hillsboro.
