THE UNSEASONABLY MILD weather has been an advantage, but not a necessity, for Dennis Eisenacher, of Slaty Fork. Eisenacher, owner of D.M.E. Enterprises, is the contractor working on the new Tudor’s building on Main Street in Marlinton. Eisenacher said bad weather doesn’t bother him.
