Sherman Gibson II, 76, of Marlinton, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Pocahontas Center.
Born July 23, 1948, at Marlinton, he was a son of the late Samuel Sherman and Wilma Virginia Matheny.
Sherman was the owner and operator of Gibson Feed Store.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Melinda Dean Gibson; and brother, Steve Gibson.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Lantz Funeral Home in Buckeye with Pastor Stephen Cort officiating.
Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Marlinton.
