Bradley A. Donet, 25, of Bartow, pleaded no contest June 28 to charges of immediate notification of crashes and failure to maintain control. Donet was assessed $402.96 in court costs and fines.
Journey Elizabeth Robinson, 24, of Marlinton, entered a guilty plea agreement June 17 to charges of petit larceny and shoplifting, second offense. Robinson was sentenced to one year suspended jail, placed on on year unsupervised probation and was assessed $575.92 in court costs and fines.
Christina Dawn Taylor, 47, of Monterville, pleaded no contest June 12 to a charge of seat belt violation. Taylor was assessed a $25 fine.
Margaret S. Guzulescu, 27, of Burnsville, North Carolina, pleaded guilty June 3 to a charge of left of center. Guzulescu was assessed $201.48 in court costs and fines.

On June 21, proceedings were deferred in a case of false report to officer against Billy J. Brock, 59, of Dunmore. Brock was assessed $181.48 in court costs and fines.
Wyatt Morgan McComb, 22, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty June 10 to a charge of seat belt violation. McComb was assessed a $25.56 fine.
