According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Edwin H. Albino, 36, of Renick, appeared in court August 14 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.
Kyle J. McCarty, 69, of Dunmore, appeared in court August 15 on two counts of battery. Bond was set at $1,000.
In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:
Dustin L. Viars, 34, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 11 to a charge of driving without an inspection sticker. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
In Magistrate Carrie Wilfong’s court:
Candise W. Spriggs, 49, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty August 14 to a charge of failure to have dog on a leash. She was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
