According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Tammy Lucille Watson, 49, of Elkins, appeared in court May 31 on charges of driving under the influence and driving while license suspended/revoked. Bond was set at $1,000.
Nelson Cortes Scentiago, age unavailable, of Durbin, appeared in court May 31 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.
In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:
Andrew James Bennett, 28, of Clintonville, pleaded guilty May 26 to a charge of failure to use a seat belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
Howard S. Gibson, 49, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 26 to a charge of failure to obey traffic control signal. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
