According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
George Raymond Cochran, Jr., 23, of Hillsboro, appeared in court April 13 on a charge of threatening criminal acts by computer. Bond was set at $1,000.
Adam Lee Beverage, 19, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 14 on a charge of battery. Bond was set at $1,000.
James Andrew Richards, 38, of Marlinton, appeared in court April 20 on charges of obstructing an officer and public intoxication. Bond was set at $600.

Phillip C. Dean, Jr., 42, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 10 to a charge of obstructing officers. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
Corey Alexander, 26, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 10 to a charge of unlawful methods of hunting – out of season. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.
Joseph Andrew Tawney, 32, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty April 14 to a charge of driving while license suspended. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
