According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Jean L. Boone, 79, of Falls Church, Virginia, pleaded no contest May 19 to a charge of vehicle approaching or entering intersection. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Kristen Faith Cassell, 27, of Durbin, pleaded guilty June 2 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. She was assessed a $25 fine.

Christopher Boyd Dean, 49, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 18 to a charge of open burning of refuse. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Michael Drury, 20, of Vinton, Virginia, pleaded guilty May 10 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $199.64 in court costs and fines.

Austin Keith Fultz, 26, of Falling Water, pleaded guilty June 3 to charges of improper use of evidences of registration and operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. He was assessed $390.50 in court costs and fines.

David Ira Lyle, 60, of DuBois, Pennsylvania, pleaded no contest May 4 to a charge of possessing an open alcoholic beverage container in passenger area of motor vehicle on public highway. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Kenneth Lee Queen, 22, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 8 to a charge of use of motorized vehicle in closed area. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Jeffrey T. Rose, 24, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest May 5 to a charge of shoplifting. He was assessed $255.42 in court costs, fines and restitution.

Kamron W. Shearer, 19, of Slaty Fork, pleaded guilty May 21 to charges of driving while license suspended/revoked and operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. He was assessed $470.50 in court costs and fines.

Carrie Danielle Pritt, 25, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest June 2 to two counts of driving while license suspended/revoked and certificate of insurance. She was assessed $925.75 in court costs and fines.

In Magistrate Jennifer Dunz’s court:

Lois Airgood, 61, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest May 27 to a charge of speeding. She was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

Elizabeth J. Barnette, 63, of Ripley, pleaded guilty May 27 to a charge of exceeding creek limit or other trout fishing violations. She was assessed $295.25 in court costs and fines.

Dakota Aaron Beverage, 24, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 24 to charges of expiration of registration and certificate of title. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

Larry E. Heitzenrater, 58, of Perkasie, Pennsylvania, pleaded no contest May 3 to a charge of possessing an open alcoholic beverage container in passenger area of motor vehicle on public highway. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

David W. Johnson, 46, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest May 17 to a charge of mandatory disposal – subscribe to and use of collection service. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Morgan Baxter Mason, 22, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty May 25 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Jeffrey H. McClelland, 44, of Arlington, Virginia, pleaded guilty May 3 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $199.64 in court costs and fines.

Wyatt Morgan McComb, 19, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest May 24 to a charge of motorized vehicle in closed area. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Jennifer Dare Morgan, 48, of Buckeye, pleaded no contest may 17 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. She was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

Jeffrey T. Rose, 24, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest May 12 to a charge of hunting or fishing when license is revoked. He was assessed $275.25 in court costs and fines.

Rachel Sharp, 65, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty May 17 to a charge of mandatory disposal – provide proper proof of proper disposal. She was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.

William Robert Waid, 24, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 17 to a charge of use of motorized vehicle in closed area. He was assessed $225.25 in court costs and fines.
