Dear Editor;
It’s now been six months since a storm ripped the phone line down and broke the pole.
I called the phone company, and they came and patched the phone line, but no new pole.
A week later, they came and fixed the line going to the information center, but no new pole.
A month later, I called about replacing the pole, and a week later they came, looked at the pole, then left, but no new pole.
The phone line is still lying on the ground, and if we get a heavy snow or an ice storm this winter, the phone line will be out again.
I know I am not the only one having problems with the phone company, but we all pay for phone service.
