According to Magistrate Court records, the following individual was either arrested or had activity in his case.
Leonard Douglas Byers, 24, of Coal City, appeared in court September 24 on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, no proof of insurance, improper proof of registration and driving while license is suspended. Bond was set at $2,000.
