According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Stephanie Dawn Murray, 33, of Durbin, pleaded guilty September 2 to a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
Donald Lee Rider, Sr., 62, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty September 3 to a charge of failure to use a seatbelt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
