A group of volunteers gathered on Saturday morning to work on the Pocahontas County High School softball field. The volunteers installed new sections of fence along the infield baselines. The team is hoping their new field will be ready for their home opener in the spring, but much remains to be done, including dugout construction and rock picking. In the photo, l-r: Steve Tritapoe, Alan Green and Pete Chestnut.
