Russell Brian Hill, 44, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 8 to a charge of no safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
Miranda Dell Scott, 23, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty to a charge of unsafe or improperly equipped vehicle. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
Forest Dale White, 42, of New Castle, Virginia, pleaded guilty July 9 to a charge of no safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.
Gregory Ryan Keatley, 31, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest July 8 to charges of dog running at large and no proof of rabies vaccination. He was assessed $430.50 in court costs and fines.
Rick Rider, 55, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 11 to a charge of failure to stop at intersection of through highway. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
