According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Jessica M. Tincher, 33, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 2 on a charge of failure to register or provide notice of registration changes as a sex offender. Bond was set at $5,000.

Travis Danny Brown, 32, of Arbovale, appeared in court July 3 on a charge of manufacturing Schedule I, II and III controlled substance. Bond was set at $15,000.

Courtney Elizabeth Taylor, 27, of Arbovale, appeared in court July 3 on a charge of manufacturing Schedule I, II and III controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000.

Robert M. Taylor, 71, of Hillsboro, pleaded guilty July 2 to a charge of selling beer to an individual under the age of 21. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs and fines.

Randall Bibb, 61, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 3 to a charge of failure to use a safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Teresa L. Campbell, 43, of Hillsboro, appeared in court July 2 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. Bond was set at $500.

Tammy Lynn Nixon, 50, of Hillsboro, appeared in court July 2 on a charge of malicious or unlawful assault. Bond was set at $500.

Cody Ryan Arbuckle, 20, of Maxwelton, appeared in court July 3 on charges of domestic battery, speeding and fleeing from an officer. Bond was set at $6,000.

Roy Lee Beverage, 71, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 7 to a charge of failure to use a safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Matthew James Hoke, 58, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty July 7 to a charge of failure to use a safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Susan Chappell, 60, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest July 2 to a charge of passing in a no passing zone. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
