According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals had activity in their cases:

In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:

Daniel Akers, 69, of Daniels, pleaded guilty April 2 to a charge of failure to submit a bear tooth. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Keith E. Beverage, 39, of Green Bank, pleaded no contest April 26 to a charge of entry upon enclosed lands. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

Chad Gordan Bowles, 44, of Leon, pleaded guilty April 4 to a charge of failure to submit a bear tooth. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Robert L. Fisher, Jr., 51, of St. Albans, pleaded guilty April 9 to a charge of failure to submit a bear tooth. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Burt William Harmon, Jr., 21, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 12 to charges of driving motorcycle without proper license and no vehicle insurance. He was assessed $550.50 in court costs and fines.

Wendell Edward Johnson, 49, of Cass, pleaded no contest April 2 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Walter Lane, Jr., 57, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 2 to a charge of failure to submit a bear tooth. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Kristi Lynn Lucabaugh, 20, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 2 to charges of driving too fast for roadway conditions and reckless driving. She was assessed $375.50 in court costs and fines.

James Derek Puffenbarger, 34, of Hillsboro, pleaded no contest April 2 to a charge of failure to submit a bear tooth. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Steven Dale Rodriquez, 48, of Marlinton, pleaded no contest April 13 to a charge of failure to submit a bear tooth. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
