According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.

Stephen Gary Parson, 23, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, appeared in court February 1 on charges of driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,500.

Zachary Hunter Coats, 23, of Clayton, North Carolina, appeared in court February 2 on charges of petit larceny, obstructing an officer and public intoxication. Bond was set at $3,600.

Archie Ray Arbogast, 37, of Arbovale, appeared in court February 5 on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked, fleeing an officer, no proof of insurance, speeding, no registration and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $60,000.

David Leroy Hise, Jr., 42, of Monterey, Virginia, appeared in court February 5 on charges of obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,000.

Richard Lee Litteral, 30, of Marlinton, appeared in court February 5 on a charge of inhaling intoxicants. Bond was set at $500.

Joshua Lee Smith, 23, of Buckeye, pleaded guilty February 6 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fees.

Dylan Frank Story, 23, of Raleigh, North Carolina, pleaded guilty February 5 to charges of public intoxication and littering. He was assessed $605.50 in court costs and fees.
