Jeffrey T. Rose, 21, of Hillsboro – One Count, Entry of a Building other than Dwelling, a felony; One Count, Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor.
Eden Taylor, 32, of Lizemores – One Count, Imposition of Sexual Acts on Persons Incarcerated or Under Supervision, a felony.
Drema Renee Tinney, 49, of Marlinton – One Count, Forgery, a felony.
Danielle L. Smith, 28, of Marlinton – Five Counts, Fraudulent Use of Access Device, a felony.
Christopher Gibson, 40, of Marlinton – One Count, Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender, Second Offense, a felony.
Rodney K. Swearingen, 36, of Hillsboro – One Count, Burglary, a felony; One Count, Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor; One Count, Destruction of Property, a misdemeanor.
Morgan B. Mason, 19, of Hillsboro – One Count, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Non-Narcotic Substance, Methamphetamine, a felony; One Count, Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance, First Offense, a felony.
Russell Sharp, 32, of Marlinton – One Count, Malicious Wounding, a felony; Two Counts, Battery, a misdemeanor; One Count, Destruction of Property, a misdemeanor.
