John Eldon Barton, age 53, of Wheeling, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2017. He had just finished a successful hunt in Alaska and was enjoying vacation – spending time with his son, Josiah.
Born October 15, 1963, in Marlinton, he was a son of Johnny Barton and Diana Wooddell Barton.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, August 29, from 1 to 3 p.m. and from 5 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, with Rev. Margaret Carr officiating.
