Jerry W. Parker, Jr., age unavailable, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 28 to two counts of shoplifting. He was assessed $480.50 in court costs, fines and restitution.
Travis Elwin Cochran, 41, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 28 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. He was assessed a $25 fine.
Charles Arnold Malcom, 41, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty May 5 to a charge of failure to use safety belts. He was assessed a $25 fine.
Kevin Douglas Skiles, 62, of Troutville, Virginia, pleaded guilty April 24 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
