POSITION AVAILABLE – Maintenance Technician. Reports to: Rimfire Lodge HOA Board & Management Company. Rimfire Lodge is searching for an experienced, skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our hard-working team. Daily duties for this position include, but are not limited to: responding to and addressing general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical service, drywall, paint, basic groundskeeping, and other general services needed in and around the building.
Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and drywall repairs. Experience working in a resort or hospitality environment and flexible hours.
