Students at the Cherry Grove School, date unknown. Cherry Grove School was located on Back Mountain, two miles north of the Hosterman Road intersection. Teachers at the school over the years were Lee Wooddell, Edgar Gragg, Clara Sheets, Leona Pennybaker, Madge Weiford, Charlie Spencer, Minnie Parg, Mona Colaw, and Emma Burner.
