Amanda Bennett, 30, of Marlinton, appeared in court July 21 on a charge of manufacturing Schedule I and II narcotic. Bond was set at $10,000.
Kimberly Cassel, 26, of Arbovale, appeared in court July 21 on charges of manufacturing Schedule I and II narcotic and conspiracy. Bond was set at $20,000.
Jennifer Fay Lambert, 28, of Mill Creek, appeared in court July 21 on charges of driving while license revoked for DUI, third offense and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $6,000.
Kenneth Peck, Jr., 39, of Arbovale, appeared in court July 21 on charges of manufacturing Schedule I and II narcotic, conspiracy, gross neglect of child creating substantial risk of death or serious bodily injury and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $24,000.
Shelia Ann Peck, 41, of Arbovale, appeared in court July 21 on a charge of manufacturing Schedule I and II narcotic. Bond was set at $10,000.
Thomas James Tomey, 28, of Weston, appeared in court July 22 on charges of conspiracy and making false statements to an officer. Bond was set at $10,500.
Kevin Wesley Davis, 33, of Staunton, Virginia, appeared in court July 24 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $500.
Candice E. Magill, 58, of Green Bank, appeared in court July 25 on a charge of battery upon another by making physical contact with force capable of causing pain or injury. Bond was set at $500.
Matthew Joseph Morand, 31, of Dunmore, appeared in court July 25 on a charge of driving under the influence with alcohol concentration in blood greater than or equal to .15. Bond was set at $1,000.

Nathan Ford Dean, 29, of Morgantown, pleaded guilty July 25 to a charge of vehicles must stop at through highways. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
John Joseph Brode, 53, of Cumberland, Maryland, pleaded guilty July 25 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
Victoria Ellen Ramos, 28, of Stockton, California, pleaded guilty July 21 to a charge of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.
