According to Magistrate Court records, the following individuals were either arrested or had activity in their cases.
Thomas E. Greenburg, 34, of Snowshoe, appeared in court June 3 on a charge of manufacturing Schedule I and II controlled substance. Bond was set at $25,000.
Danielle Lee Smith, 27, of Marlinton, appeared in court June 3 on five counts of fraud and related activity in connection with access devices. Bond was set at $5,000.
Adam Tyler Via, 18, of Dunmore, appeared in court June 2 on three counts grand larceny, two counts entry of dwelling or outhouse in daytime, two counts destruction of property, reckless driving, failure to obtain a motorcycle license and falsely reporting an emergency incident. Bond was set at $52,500.
Jonathon G. Wilson, 28, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 31 on charges of burglary in the nighttime and petit larceny. Bond was set at $4,500.
Lori Coker Cerulto, 48, of Marlinton, appeared in court May 31 on charges of domestic battery and battery upon another. Bond was set at $2,000.
In Magistrate Cynthia Broce-Kelley’s court:
David M. Difilippo, 48, of Charleston, pleaded guilty June 1 to a charge of reckless driving. He was assessed $215.25 in court costs.
Norman Blake Vance, 69, of Durbin, pleaded guilty June 3 to a charge of failure to use safety belt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Jonathan Lee Oliver, 33, of Leetonia, Ohio, pleaded guilty June 2 to a charge of failure to have requirement motorboat equipment. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs.
