Miranda Bennett, 25, of Marlinton, appeared in court October 2 on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked. Bond was set at $500.
Kimberly Ann Bishop, 49, of Marlinton, appeared in court September 30 on charges of obstructing an officer and impersonating law enforcement officer or official. Bond was set at $2,500.
Ryan William Daugherty, 22, of Elkins, appeared in court October 2 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $1,500.
Kenny Don Feury, Jr., 36, of Marlinton, appeared in court October 2 to charge of driving while license suspended/revoked, failure to report accident, no insurance and no registration of vehicle. Bond was set at $2,000.
Tasha Hughes, 24, of Hillsboro, appeared in court October 3 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500.
Rodney K. Swearingen, 34, of Hillsboro, appeared in court October 3 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was set at $2,500.

Steven C. Campbell, 44, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty to a charge of left of center in a no passing zone. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.
Nathan K. Rohrer, 18, of Landenberg, Pennsylvania, pleaded guilty September 29 on a charge of left of center in a no passing zone. He was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.
Emily Michael Shepard, 37, of Huntington, pleaded guilty September 29 to a charge of operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.
