For your information, I am holding my breath on the next snowstorm. The Town has two pickup trucks that are equipped with snowplows. At the present time, the best pickup with a snowplow, is a 2011 Ford F-350. It is in the garage for the second time in a week with emission control issues. Pretty much all the emission controls are good for is to cause problems. The other truck has a worn-out plow that keeps shearing bolts. In the meantime, I am thankful for a break in the weather. As noted in last week’s Mayor’s Corner, I did receive a confirmation message from Walgreens Corporate office, noting that a representative would contact me in the next two business days. I sent a reminder last Tuesday and have received no word, as of the 10th day.
