Nathan W. Price, 27, of Charleston, pleaded guilty December 30 to a charge of possession of marijuana less than 15 grams. He was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

Richard A. Beverage, 45, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 30 to a charge of failure to wear required attire for deer hunters. He was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

Michael Dale Herrington, 30, of Marietta, Ohio, appeared in court January 1 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.

Anthony Richard Workman, 30, of Hillsboro, appeared in court January 2 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.

Barry Glenn Smith, 55, of Crossville, Tennessee, pleaded guilty December 30 to a charge of no seatbelt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Sommer Dawn Hickman, 18, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty December 26 to a charge of underage consumption. She was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

James David Kelner, 49, of Fenwick, appeared in court January 6 on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.

Josiah Samuel Bond, 19, of Elkins, pleaded guilty January 3 to a charge of no seatbelt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Amanda McLaughlin, 36, of Hillsboro, appeared in court January 7 on a charge of domestic assault. Bond was set at $500.

Katelynn P. Beverage, age unavailable, of Cass, pleaded guilty January 8 to a charge of throwing a lit cigarette onto a public highway. She was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

David Christopher Daniels, 56, of Falls Church, Virginia, appeared in court January 8 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was placed on six months probation and assessed $165.25 in court costs.

Delbert M. Triplett, 24, of Morgantown, pleaded guilty December 31 to a charge of speeding. He was assessed $195.25 in court costs and fines.

John O. Paine, 56, of Bluefield, Virginia, pleaded guilty January 6 to a charge of no seatbelt. He was assessed a $25 fine.

Zane C. Burdette, 28, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty January 10 to a charge of driving suspended/revoked. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.

Kevin Wayne Phillips, Jr., 18, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty January 6 to a charge of underage consumption. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.
