Kenneth G. Gibson, 77, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 22 to a charge of prohibited fires during forest fire season. He was assessed $465.25 in court costs and fines.

Hunter D. Moore, 19, of Charleston, pleaded no contest April 22 to a charge of fishing violation. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Landon Halstead Moore, 21, of Charleston, pleaded no contest April 22 to a charge of fishing violation. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

Donald Halstead Moore, 19, of Charleston, pleaded no contest April 22 to a charge of fishing violation. He was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

William James Biggs, 38, of Marlinton, pleaded guilty April 28 to a charge of driving while license is suspended/revoked. He was assessed $265.25 in court costs and fines.
